One day I will speak of my faith, of how I followed my path to truth
One day I will speak of the struggles and the pain that I went through
One day I will talk of my brave and how I found it in my weak
I will talk of the day I let go of the hurt and released my wings from grief

One day my words will inspire the others who look to the stars.
My story will light other torches; send a glow to other's hearts
One day I will talk about love, and how I found that love within;
How I listened to the past that cried and let my walls cave in

I'll speak of days full of burdens, when I looked to future skies,
And found the strength to see the dream beyond historic eyes
One day I will be standing there, my light will glow so bright;
That day I know it will be time to talk about my night

But I'm halfway through my story; still dreaming of that day;
Still having faith in stars above to guide me on the way
Until that day, forgive me for my minds already there,
So I'm staying in this light and I'll love without a care

See, though my life is catching up, the moon reflects the truth
My vision lies beyond these skies; I don't need 3D proof
So I'm dancing on my daydreams, sending faith to skies beyond,
For my shadow is just moving to where my hearts already gone

This light is truth and understood, the dark does not hold glory
Until we see the black and white in the print of our whole story
Born with light of day, to drift gently through the night,
Holding truth in dark till our love reflects the light.
