The Unexpected Visitor
Beth Johnson was the lead county archeologist attending the Iron Age burial burrow dig just outside the town of Lynwich in the East of England. She were crouched down in a hole scrapping the bare earth with her trowel, when a shadow fell over her. Looking up she saw a man probably in his twenties looking down at her.
Looking up at him she asked, "Can I help you?"
"Are you Beth Johnson?"
Puzzled, she replied back. "Who's asking?"
"Sorry, let me introduce myself. My name is Terry Lowe. I'm a friend of your husband. Marcus."
By now, Beth had climbed out of the hole. She could see that Terry was dressed as if he were going mountaineering. "Oh I don't think Marcus had mentioned you."
Terry shrugged his shoulders. "It's been a long time. We lost contact after university."

Looking up at him she asked, "Can I help you?"
"Are you Beth Johnson?"
