Goodnight Moon
Ten year old Rain is sitting on her cozy bed. She has a rough day today. She can't explain why it's rough, but she feels someone is using razor in her brain constantly. Suddenly she saws the full moon through her window. Her curtains in the window is made of gorgeous fabric. She looked at them and felt warm. It felt like, someone was magically giving her warmth inside her head. She felt grounded on her comfy bed and the environment felt cold.
Sometimes, she wonders her name rain resonates with her life. She is calm, every storm in her brain turns into gentle rain. Sometimes she feels like all rain in her life. How will it feel if it rains on a moonlit night? Probably stormy and too cold. Rain is calming, but it's slaying when it comes with the moonlit night. Sometimes, even if it comes in the hot summer, it can't take away the sweat.
Getting drenched in rain is a sudden exhilarating experience. It gives you more joy when it's stormy and includes harsh water falling. But innocent Rain isn't an adult to understand the loneliness and depression rain can awaken in one's life. The music of rain can be an unmoving pain adding to a single with missing lover. She doesn't understand all that. So, she simple feels bored with her daily life and what she goes through silently.
Maybe her pain doesn't scream like adults and brings so much storm that life becomes too much unworthy of living and existence. But deep inside, she too seeks for that special one to feel her. Today, night, as we see, she is seeking comfort in gorgeous fabric. We can feel Rain is having adult emotions. Rain is looking through the moon now. The moon is ugly with it's scars. Though it's hard to see in the full moon.
Moon is shining brightly. Rain close her eyes to feel the gentle shine coming into her room. Her soul is showering with the immense light moon now. Oh it's just so much awkwardly comforting. Rain feels certain kind of comfort through the moon. Consciously, she doesn't find any logic in this. But who knows, these feelings she is having are the upcoming hints of happiness she will be flooded by in her life.
