Life can be meaningless if you don't take charge of it. Before you give in to depression, discover you really are, because it won't be easy for you to come back. You won't be able to remember who you are, once you enter that world.

If you don't know how much you are worth and keep secrets that are beyond your capabilities, depression world will accept you with pain and a death wish.

I know this because I was there, but I was able to figure out how much I was worth.However, I wonder if you'll be able to survive and follow in my footsteps.

Stop worrying about people who don't value your assistance or input into their lives; stop trying to save other people without first trying to save yourself; stop what you're doing and make time; make time to think about tomorrow; and make time to think about your wife, children, siblings, parents, and, most importantly, yourself.

Stop sharing your future with others and create your own world in which you invite people who understand you. Please, in this world, we don't want to see one of our own succeed because the devil lives in us.

Sharing this hurts, but I see many people losing their way.While our parents constantly cries and pray for our improvement, sisters become prostitutes and brothers become criminals.

I don't think this is the way you want to be remembered as a witch, a prostitute, a killer, or a criminal.

Please, brothers and sisters all over the world, protect one another.If we don't take charge and defeat the evil spirit that lives within each of us, your life and mine will be meaningless.

Let's fight gender-based violence together.
