I woke up and found a big empty room around me. I got up, put on the dress and went out.

It was already 11 am.

The penthouse was big and empty and I didn't know what to do. Did Xander go to work? I decided to take a look around the house. Xander wasn't in his room, which means he left for work or something.

I went into the bathroom, the only place in the house that made me feel better since it had stuff a normal bathroom should have.

My stomach rumbled. I hadn't eaten since the day I was sold. I went down to the kitchen and opened the fridge only to find it empty. Other than water bottles there was nothing. No raw materials, no fruits, no veggies just nothing.

And yet he was asking me if I could cook. Cook what? Water? Suddenly something hit.

I run back up to his room, to the chair in the corner and pick up the gadget. I couldn't believe it, he actually left it here!! I put my finger on my collar and smiled with disbelief.

He left the controller to my collar here. If he doesn't have this he can't hurt me. I held onto the gadget tightly took a few breaths and run out of the penthouse. There was a small corridor that lead to the elevator, I got in and my heart beat quicken and my heart thumped violently against my ribs as I thought about escaping.

I was at the ground floor in four minutes and as I ran out of the lobby I was beyond happy, I actually couldn't describe the feeling, it was a mix of so many feelings all together.

I noticed the exit and ran out. I could feel something strange but I ignored it, I was getting out of here. Just as soon as I stepped into the parking lot.

A current passed through all my body. So suddenly and sharply. I fell to the ground. It wasn't something that could harm me but it definitely pushed me into unconsciousness.
