Abscond the darkness ( Chapter - 36 )
Author's P.O.V.

Julia was escorted by the maids to a beautiful room adorned with exquisite tapestries, shimmering chandeliers, and intricately carved furniture. The walls are painted with vibrant scenes from ancient legends, transporting you to another world. The room is filled with the sweet aroma of exotic flowers .

Julia roamed her eyes around the room , her eyes widening slightly with how beautiful and royal the room look , then she looked back at one of the maid and spoke.

"Whose room is it? It doesn't look like a guest room."

The maids glanced at each other bowing their head but no one answered then suddenly one of them spoke.

"It's a room especially prepared for my lady , kindly inform us if there is any kind of inconvenience."

Julia paused when the maid spoke looking at her intently then sighed and dismissed them with her hand gesture.

"I understand."
Was all she spoke before walking around the room hands behind her back the room filling with the tinkling sound of her anklets , and all the maids dismissed themselves closing the door gently after leaving.

Julia ran down a finger at the paintings looking at it then suddenly something came into her mind and she left the room walking towards the king's office.

KNOCK!
KNOCK!

She knocked on the door seeing that no guards were standing outside a voice came from inside.

"Come in."

Julia came inside her eyes looking at the well grown man sitting on front of her . As soon as Nathan saw Julia his cold face became softer.

"How can I help you?"- He spoke

"I have a favour to ask of you."
Julia spoke and walked towards his desk as Nathan simply leaned back a small smile embracing his lips .

"Do you have any information about my dad?I asked almost everyone in the palace but couldn't find his whereabouts."

She spoke with worry dripping from each of her words and he kept listening, his expression not changing one bit , but only he knew how angry he was right now.
