# Media & Periods -Self Esteem#
In this present scenario , I have seen many adds & vedio uploaded on YouTube in which periods ( Menses) are shown as a form of burden for women.
Women are often shown suffering from pain & mood tantrums which is disgusting! Media use this topic for influencing the masses for their own profit . We must never forget that every situation has two sides where these adds & vedios show the negative aspects of menstruation & womb energy , they don't show it is important & necessary for a woman as it's directly related to the fertility and conception health of a woman . I know many women face the scenario of PMS ( post menstruation symptoms) & Situations like PCOD etc but then there are other women who are healthy enough not to have them . Till now I have not even seen a single vedio showing positive aspects of periods, this leads to low self esteem of mass majority of women & young girls because instead of taking it in positive way & respecting their womb energy , they think its a 'pain in the ass' . Even many men precieve it as a painful & struggle period for every woman but it's not true . Let me remind you that what message we see visually affects our pyschology more than that of audio & media use this to their advantage! Only if they had shown positive aspects of Menses , women who suffer during this time, would have been inspired from those women who are healthy and don't face such situation , they had seen hope & women had respected their ' womb energy' & would have activally participated in improving their immunity than feeling it like a
' burden' it's a treatable & one must not forget to love their every aspect of their body . Even young girls get scared when they hear for the first time instead thinking about it in a blancanced way !
Both men & women should be educated properly that their is always two sides of a situation & we must not go towards extremes. This especially for the women out there please love & respect what nature has given you & it's for a reason ! you can improve the situation by eating good quality of food & through ' Yoga' & keeping stress away via 'meditation' to increase your immunity only go for medication if situation like PCOD is accute! & love yourself for who you are & respect your 'feminity '& increase your self esteem & that only comes when you love yourself & take care of your body & mother yourself with love & care .
