Positive thoughts
Positive thinking is not only to think in a positive way.

Negative thinking affects our daily life in a bad way but we don't realise it , even if we do its too late.
Lets see an example ,
Mom says " Mere bacche khana he nahi khaate, padhai mein man nahi lagega dimaag mein kuch nahi ghusega "
Dad hears the same thing and tells to Dadi" Bacche khana he nhi khaate, patle rahenge" .
Dadi does the same thing , she tells to Dada " Bacche khana he nhi khaate , height nahi badegi"
And the whole house is like bacche khana he nahi khate!!!
Then the mom goes to kitchen to prepare for snacks as it is 4 in the evening , " Arre mere bacche toh khana he nahi khaate , Banakar kya karu"
Hogya na satyanaash.
If she would have prepared something , her kids would have eaten atleast 4 bites.
She should prepare something delicious and say" I have prepared it with love my children will surely eat it "

Another thing we can observe is the situation is same but everybody is giving their own thoughts . Like ek ko bukhaar hogya badme the bukhaar passes to another, and then another , like that the whole house is bimaar. Believe me, it is more worse then this bimaari. So it is like ek bolta hai aur chaar sunte and everybody gives their own thoughts and the result is more worse then the situation itself.
Get up at morning have a nice thought like " today will be the best day " not like " Tere jaaane ka gum.....satata hai mujhe......"
And at night also sleep with a good thought or at morning it will be " Tere jaane ka gum...."
It will turn to 60 from 50.
Have a nice thought , you can also think about your goal and cheer yourself that you will achieve it.
