CHAPTER ONE

I frowned, trying as much as possible to stop the threatening tears from pouring down my face. This is the sixth time we're relocating, and I don't find it funny at all. I feel like I'm being taken on exile. Each time we relocate, I cry. Why? Because I know I'm going to miss my friends. Mum and Dad never considered my feelings for once. They just do what they please. I hate them so much.
Right now I'm in my Dad's car and guess where he is taking me. Well, my new school. It's a boarding school. Dad didn't want me to be home alone since he and Mum would be away on a business trip for three months.
Dad stepped on the brake, and the car came to a halt. I sat down with my hands folded on my chest.
"Come on princess, we are there," He said, and I glared at him before alighting from the car.
"Don't call me princess, I'm not your princess," I yelled in anger.
Dad sighed.
"Let's go complete the formalities," He said with a ton of finality in his voice.
I tagged right behind him trying to ignore the stares of the students. The school is very big, and there are a lot of trees and flowers that added to the beauty.
Finally, we arrived at the principal's office.
My Dad and the principal exchanged pleasantries while I just looked at them frowning.
"How are you young lady," The principal asked me.
"Don't call me young lady, my name is Ashley," I snapped.
"How are you Ashley," He said and I didn't reply. I was just pissed. It's so...
