The last time I heard from, Julie, my childhood best friend, Was a day before Holi.
She called me earlier than the usual time she normally calls me. I was shocked at first, then picked her call to make a little jest of her.
But she sounded so cold, and scared.
I was baffled at first before I heard a familiar voice coming from her background.
She continued by mentioning that Purab, my boyfriend is there with her and they have something important to tell me.
My ears was already itching me, because they keeps prolonging it, and neither of them was being straightforward. they kept beating around the bush like as if they're in Zee world movies.
Finally Purab opened up that, Julie and him had been dating ever since he knew me.
And currently Julie is pregnant for him, and they'll be getting married in two days.
So they kept such secret from me, All the time I have been telling Julie how much I am in love with Purab, All the time Purab confesses love to me. And I was left with nothing but a broken heart.
