(Part of the Forest of Fate Universe)

In the land of Prominence, a young boy named Drake Maverick is reading in his room in the dead of night.Drake has always been fond of tales of folklore and fantasy, learning about the history of his people, Gods, and homeland.As he readied himself for bed, Drake catches a glimpse of a ball of light floating around his window.Like a moth to a flame, he is captivated by it's movement through the air, even hoping out of his window to give chase into a nearby forest.

Drake's persistence would lead him into the deepest part of the ancient forest, were he would follow the illuminating glow to a ruined altar were the moon's light would shine upon. As he approached the structure, it along with the entire forest began to glow, enveloping him into a void of white.As he felt as if he was being thrusted by an uknown force backwards, Drake felt as if his body was changing.Upon his awakening, Drake found himself outside a nearby settlement, were he could hear the sounds of screaming As he entered the village, he witnessed a most disturbing site.Green pig-like creatures were harrassing and assaulting What appeared to him as elvish women.

They soon noticed the young man and shouted "Elven basterd!" and began to chase him. Drake ran away from the village, as the beasts gave chase, while wielding clubs and maces.Just then, a rain of arrows found their mark upon the creatures and ended their lives. Drake would turn around and see a battalion of elven soldiers led by a female General. She pointed her pike towards him and demanded to know, "what clan did he belong too"? Drake looked in confusion and tried to explain his situation, but was placed under military arrest and taken to "Ragnhild!"

Upon entering the great elven capitol, Drake was struck by it's beauty and splendor, being able to recall the history of the city from one of his many books of myth.He and the soldiers would enter the Temple of the Elven Gods and was greeted by Empress Karina.Drake gave into the belief that he was dreaming, as he was in the presence of the legendary elven figure who united all woodland folk during the Mythical Age! Karina greeted the young man;

Karina: Welcome my child to my benevolent domain, but why have you disturbed my meditation.
Runa: My Empress, this one appeared out of nowhere, as we dealt with another Ork raiding party. He does not seem to belong to any of the clans.
Karina: I see. Would you like to explain yourself my child.
Drake: Yes....your eminence, I....don't....know...how to explain it! I was in one of the forests near my home....the next thing I knew, I was here. But I am not of elven descent, I am human.
Karina: Hu..man? I've never herd of such a race.Come hither my child.

Karina grabbed hold of Drakes head and place her forehead upon his as he blushed.She radiated with a magical aura, as she attempted to sense the "magic flame " within him.

Karina: Mmm-hmm...yes I sense it. It's faint, but it's their. I'm not to sure who or what you are my child, but your more closely related to us then our enemies. What is your name?
Drake: I'm Drake Maverick.
Karina: Drake! Would you assist my people with ending this rebellion with the Ork tribes.
Drake: But I'm not a warrior.
Katrina: We can train you. General Runa will be your blademaster. May I properly welcome you to my Empire!

And so began the Mythical adventures of Drake Maverick!
