You have only two choices, either save yourself via the overhead duct or lift up your injured friend and send him through instead.

Tiger- Hey pal!! you are injured we have to get out of here at least we must survive this calamity made out of the burning flame but you will go first because of your condition.
Pal- No!!! I'm already a half body you can see {in discomfort} my leg is burnt i can't walk.
Tiger- C'mon {rants} don't tell me that, we must sail through together ain't leaving you alone.
Pal-{spirit broken}just take my files and give this to my wife and daughter I can't leave with this it will be too late unless you want to burn with me but I won't take that.
