Susanne freezed in horror. Tom jumped after him. Susanne did not utter a word but thought that Andrew was somehow right. If they can not live together they must die together! When she decided to die she saw that Andrew spoke something.

He was not dead! Not even Tom! They were saved by the truck pulling cotton beds for sale. "Take all our things and jump down before this truck moves on! " Said Tom.

He was just whispering it. After all Susanne was deaf and their aunty should not know about this. "I am coming" Susanne shouted back such that their whole town could hear it.

Tom and Andrew quickly hid beneath the beds. They were angry about their sister shouting and letting others know their plan "She is gone mad" Said Andrew. He knew that his sister was deaf but he could not help himself.

Their aunt entered the room hurriedly and asked her what happened. She said that she was calling out to her to say that she was coming down as she had packed her bags. She then appreciated herself for making up such a good story.

She then smiled but not for long, she asked about her brothers and Susanne said that they were in the Restroom. She asked"Both of them?" And she said "No aunty Tom was in the kitchen and only Andrew was in the restroom".

She then pushed her aunty out with her cooked up stories and then slammed the door behind her. Was the Truck still there? Yes it was she felt relieved but that did not last long the driver started the truck.

She rushed, took almost all the things she had in her room she dropped them in all and jumped after that. There was no one in the street by then. They were all busy in the 'Seven days market'

The market was not like any other market. All the items in the market was cheap and was an imported one. People never missed them. They were put up once in three months. People sometimes loaded their bags and their vehicles with those goods.

"Susanne, remember that we are not deaf people. We can hear well. Never again shout. " Said Andrew. The truck started and was moving towards the Market. Those beds were for sale!.

Susanne gently moved the beds to have some fresh air when Tom pulled her off. Susanne said "we are heading towards the market and I am afraid it is not that safe". Andrew was in deep thought. Tom searched in his bag for something that could save them.

Andrew said" We will get down when the men start taking out the beds and we will wait there until sunset for the busy market to end. We will then catch a bus to Mortimer city which is quite far away from this town"

Everyone agreed. Tom asked "why only Mortimer city? Can we not go to some other city? ".

Andrew answered " I've already once visited the city with our father. There are more child labours there and if we mingle with them I am sure we can hide from them for some days. When we make some money we can again catch a bus to some other city or town or even a village"

It was truly a very well executed plan. Susanne could not trust that her brother was so criminal minded! Well but that has actually saved them today. Meanwhile Mrs. Sophie had found them missing in their room.

She sobbed and sobbed until she was convinced that they would have not gone that far. Ms. Mary found it truly difficult to digest. They got into a van and decided to look for them in the market at first for there I used to be a lot of people there.

They reached the market even before the truck. They searched for them everywhere. Ms. Mary called out their names.

By the time the truck reached there Mrs. Sophie was just behind the stealthy bush that stood in the parking area. This was the official area of parking and was always full during this season.

Susanne saw her and said this to Andrew and Tom. They were tensed about getting caught! They were sure to get caught if the truck parked there. How can they get down, now?
