Hey, BEAUTIFUL YOU, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT allow anyone to disrespect you, this goes for family and "friends". You can't pick your family, but you can choose not to have them in your life, distance yourself. Toxicity can cause harm to you mentally, emotionally and maybe even physically...having self love will make this decision easier. You will find that your life is more peaceful, you're able to be your true self because you're around those that you chose to be in your circle. I'm speaking from experience, it took me a long time to love myself; to realize the strength I had, to learn that I had a choice to select who I wanted in my circle...my life has been so peaceful. I've learned to say, "no!", not to be a people pleaser, to speak up for myself and it feels AMAZING.
