(It was March 13, 2019 at 8:51am when it all came to me. While texting my daughter’s mother, I was struck with an understanding of all the knowledge I had attained throughout my life. The moment was so great that it also put all my experiences of my life in perspective. With this new outlook, I was able to assess this knowledge with a newfound appreciation.)


When they say be careful where you put your love, it’s because it’s a warning that love is a massive energy force. To love anything is exhausting. Only when you receive the love back will it sustain the energy and release a euphoric feeling that sex and drugs also release. In addition, seratonin and endorphins are released. Then it becomes an addiction, and you seek that person that’s able to give and receive sacrifices of energy and the satisfaction of replenishing it from; which is the high, the replenishing of the sacrifice.
This brings me to why the effect of heartbreak is so exhausting and devastating. You are making a sacrifice of the already exhausting transfer of the energy that is pure positive energy in massive amounts. And you do it over and over and over until you are completely depleted of energy. You have nothing but an empty space. You have given all of your divine life force away. That energy goes into them and makes them powerful, and it also backfires, but we will get to that later.
