The Rainbow of God
An elder man who has strong faith in God laid in the hospital room and talked about his good old days. He was just getting his strength from a heart surgery, and it's been four weeks sense it has happened, but he's been very weak and he has troubled breathing, so they kept him in the hospital. after he got done telling stories from his past he said I called you all here because last night I had a vision, and the vision goes like this. I was walking up these amazing white stairs, and there was gold all around me.
The whiteness was so pure and as I kept climbing these white stairs I saw angels stand on every step. Some had swords like fire, and they were a body of fire and some just had white robes on and they all looked at me and smiled, but said nothing. As I kept walking I get to the top of these stairs and I saw the most amazing thing, I saw the throne of God and it was gold, with water coming out of it on the left and right and it was the water of life. I saw also this rainbow that sit on this throne and this man sit under this rainbow. The man who sit on the throne was like a body of fire glowing and his feet were like diamonds that shinned, and I vowed before the throne, but the hand of God rested on my shoulder and this peace came over me.
God said I have seen your struggles, I have seen your sickness, pain, heartache, and the lost of life. I have come to tell you I have always been there everything that has happened to did not take me surprised. When I want to walk beside you I had to make you weak so you won't receive glory. He said I am the Alpha and Omega and I come this day to tell your journey is almost done, but I will send you back to your body and you will tell your family I am about to take you home. God put me back and I am here to tell you these simple words don't let nothing stop you from gaining heaven.
The family was crying around him, but he said I am just going home and we shall meet again. With one last breath he said there's the rainbow over the throne and he took his last breath. The presence of God filled the hospital room and they knew God was there to reassure them that he is home now. Keep your eyes focused on the throne that has th rainbow on it for soon we shall meet Jesus after this life.
