Stepping on the muddy floor in the heavy rain in pursuit of the only man she ever loved, she wrapped her arms around his left leg wanting never to let go. Crying in bitter agony, desperately asking for another chance to make things right to him, he stood like a statue under the falling rain without a blink, neither did he move a muscle.
I stood by the corner of the corridor watching from a distance the desperation of my mother, I felt her anguished pain. She fervently cried, but father seemed redundant about this, all he did was to give her a deaf ear.
