Writing is Therapy
These days writing is my escape. I need music and art to calm my racing heart and never silenced mind. I write poems about my deepest fears and hopes, which I'd never tell anyone. I found, using your imagination for creative, meaningful art is way better than wasting it on creating scary szenarios and thoughts in your head that cause anxiety. Writing is therapy, helping me, to put into words what I feel and experience but cannot process on my own.
