"Time for your medication."

I sat beside her. Seeing her smiling from ear to ear makes me want to kiss her even just for once but no...

"Hi, kuya! It feels hot here in my room. Can you turn on the aircon?"

I shook my head.

"No. It's normal for you to feel the hot and cold temperature because you are taking Fanapt (Iloperidone), so you become more sensitive."

She chuckled.

"You look happy..."

"Because I am!"

I stared at her for a while.

"Did you drink plenty of water?" I asked her before raising her comforter a bit.

"Yup! Train reminds me hehe."

She giggled before whispering something.

"Btw kuya I have to tell you something. Train and I… " she thrilled off.

"Spill it."

"H-He proposed. And...I think I am pregnant."

I licked my lower lip before I laughed a bit.

"Congratulations. Your Kuya is so proud of you."

"Omg! Thank you, kuya! Omg Train, kuya is not mad!"

She looks happy. Of course, she won't recognize me. I left her dumbfounded 3 years ago... but damn it's true, the hardest goodbye is the one that never said. If coming back is seeing her like this please take me back to the day I want to stop myself from chasing my career than choosing to stay with her, which I regretted.

"Why are you crying kuya?" She wipes my tears which made me cry even more.

"I-I'm happy for you. I remember my girlfriend."

"Aw, you're so sweet, kuya. Did you hear that Train? He's happy and the news made him cry! I can't wait for our wedding."

She keeps on talking to her other side. Tell me Lord, why her? Why Azalea?

"Kuya, where is your girlfriend?" she asked after a while.

"She needs a lifelong treatment."

"Why?"

"She has a chronic condition. We call it schizophrenia."

She looks shocked.

"Aw! That's awful... Will you marry her?"

I smiled bitterly. Of course. She deserves the best, she deserves the world.

"I will marry her after she got treated."

I brushed her hair. Oh man, this girl beside me is Azalea Deron. My dream girl has schizophrenia. I am Dr. Train Shin William, a psychiatrist, and willing to treat her and wait for her until she's fully recovered. I kissed her forehead and whispers my favorite line.

"I love you, Azalea..."

"I love you too, kuya! But I love Train more! Hehe."
