It all started on Wednesday when a number called me ( -------) he called my name as somebody that know me very well, asking me if I HV gotten something better doing. I said no. Then he asked what I HV been doing since and I told him I HV been teaching but since march I had been at home, no school because of Corona virus. And we are not been paid. He asked me of my qualification and I told him. He said he will get back to me. For me I taught he will be a destiny helper. Though the voice sounds familiar. Then on Thursday I called he still say he will call me back. Then On Friday which is yesterday I called him and asked how far. I told him the voice looks familiar but I can't remember who he is that I lost the contacts on my phone. Then he said from where I did service. I asked him if he is ( I mentioned one man that I know very well from the company that I served cos the man is a staff there and after service I gave him my credentials so that he can help me to forward it in case if the company start recruiting. And it had been long I stopped calling this man because I lost his contact . so I thought it was him.) As I asked this one, he claimed to be the man that was a staff in that company. This man told me that he has a lady friend that is working in NNPC and she is a manager that the lady told him to bring 3 names for immediate employment. He said he will forward the woman's name for me that I shud call her and tell her that he sent me. And me thinking that am dealing with somebody I know, I called the woman . Dr. Mrs. Akande ). As I called her she said y are my calling now that is late and I told her the man just gave me the number now. She said the deadline Abuja gave them to summit the names is on Monday. That is just that the people they have do not have all the requirements. She asked me if I HV NYSC discharge certificate, I said yes. She asked of recent medical report and also a Professional course. I told her I don't HV. She said that's the issue that they are having. She now told me that what they did to others withe same issue is that they meet with some institutions and ask them to certify them after they will give them the training. She said they paid for it that I HV to pay #18,500 if am interested. She said I shud forward my full name, date of birth and address. Immediately she send to me acc. No where I shud transfer the money. ( Okunola Emmanuel Christiana. ----- GTB bank ) by that time it was 15 mins past 1 she said that the man will be leaving to abuja by 1:30pm that I shud be fast so that I will meat up. Then I quickly transferred 18,500 to the acc. She called asking if I HV done the transfer and I said yes. But she said it HV not show. She said I shud be fast that the man is about leaving to Abuja, that I shud send her the debit alert so that she can show them to confirm. But unfortunately my bank couldn't send me alert immediately. I don't her I HV been debit on my mobile app but they HV not sent me debit alert on my phone. She then said I shud resend it that if it appeared two times that they will refund one to me. I called the man and he said I shud do whatever she told me to do. He said he will call her and get back to me. Then he called and said I shud resend it that it HV not showed that the woman said they will refund me if it appeared twice. At this point what I HV left in my account is just 17,000 not even up to the amount. The woman was busy calling me to resend the money that I shud bee feast cos they are waiting. I told her I HV just 17,000 left in my acc. That if I send it I will go to POS and complete the remaining 1,500 she said yes that I shud send it and be fast. As if I was charmed, I sent 17,000 and still go to POS and send the remaining 1,500. Then I called her she said yes that she HV seen the 17,000 alert but the first 18,500 HV not show. But at this point my bank HV sent me debit alert. Then I called and told her. I also told her that I HV a sister that did professional course will there be space for her. I told her the course that she did, she said no that it is not that course that the one they are using is international course. She then said unless if she can meet up with the payment. Then I asked her what next now, she said I will receive a message. SINCE THEN TILL NOW I HV BEEN CALLING THEM AND THEIR NOT PICKING MY CALLS. I had been crying even as am typing. I couldn't sleep last night, I HV soaked my pillow with tears begging God to fight them for me. Am just a single lady, managing teaching job.I stays alone, no body to console me.
