Nescafe Things♥️
Memories, the only thing which is capable of taking us to the past. It's raining outside, and I'm watching it with a cup of coffee in my hands. Coffee and rain sets the mood, people say and that is very true. The relation between coffee and rain is similar to the love shared between the beautiful couples of history like Shahjahan and Mumtaz, Anarkali and Salim, Bajirao and Mastani and even like Chandler and Monica. Don't you think this is true? It is...history is always a memory and the combination of rain and coffee can take back to the memories. See, this is what I said.

That was enough for an introduction right? Now I will tell you why I'm writing this. I am a coffee lover and I will always be. When I went to Punjab, coffee was the first in my "gonna miss this" list. I used to drink 3 or 4 cups of coffee in the evenings. But The Nescafe and the Monga bhayya ( his actual name is something else but we used to call him this) welcomed me with cups of coffee. In the beginning I used to have one or two cups in a day only, because I was not much interested then + it didn't go with the hot climate of Punjab. Once the winter showed his first appearance, I started visiting Nescafe frequently. Gradually, there was an increase from 2 cups to 3, 4 and sometimes even to 5 or 6. It was not just me who was drinking from there, I made my best friend drink the same amount of coffee as I did. We started spending every free hours and weekends in the cafe, it has became a place for our friends to hangout in the evenings and weekends. If somebody asks me what are my weakened plans, I would say " Nescafe and Chill". There was not a single day in my life without a Nescafe visit. I have spent half of my Punjab life in that place. This is the kind of love I have for Nescafe.

This rain and a picture of a coffee cup sent to me by one of our seniors, made me write this. It was a place that holds a million memories of many people - a place to hangout, a place for games, a place for laughter and happiness, a place for love and small fights, a place for assignments and seminars, a place for last minute study and discussions moreover it was a place where people meet their special ones. And our Monga bhayya is there, to serve us the happy cup of coffee, to make us quiet when we turn the place upside down, to give us sweets in the special occasions, all with a wide smile on his face. Here I'm, 3000 kilometres away, thinking about that little cup of coffee which I will have first, when I reach there.
