What does fear look like?
The darkness of a train surrounded me as I sat alone. It looked as if some passengers were sleeping around. Due to the fact that I wasn't fully alone, I was confident I was safe. Observers were present, don't you think? Wrong!
By suddenly smashing through the door, a gang of teenage boys entered. There was a leader among them, who took a seat far away and watched everyone from there. As the train rolled on, it got louder. When I noticed he was not paying attention to me, I pretended to be asleep like everyone else. However, I was awoken by a loud clap! I was deliberately entangled in the seat by his hand! The man sat next to me and calmly said to me that I was his hostage. The first thing I thought was he was joking. According to him, I was his property and had to go with him. When I first heard it, it sounded funny. That's just too unbelievable for words! But after analyzing him, I realized he was dead serious. I was surrounded by his gang members who did whatever he whispered to them. There was a sudden feeling of anxiety, fear, and panic in me! He wanted to take me to the end of the train, which is the worst side of the train (for those of you who know, it is the washroom at the very end). At the time, I was 26 and he was really young (like 17). Despite my age, it didn't matter to him! My opinion of youngsters has never changed over the years. Let me remind you, I escaped! However, it was not without full-on racing! I paused to choose the right moment to fly, then I plunged forward! It took precisely 10 seconds for me to hide! As soon as the train doors opened, I did this incredible stunt.
Was he obstructed by that? Not at all! As he got the rest of his partners out of the train, he blocked the doors and watched for me. As if I were in a prison scene! He was almost able to find me! He was so close to me. I nearly lost consciousness while holding my breath. The whole thing lasted about ten minutes. However, at the last moment, he saw me run back onto the train and he rushed me to the doors! Suddenly, the doors closed, and he threw himself into it while pretending his arm was injured. The passengers could have unlocked the door then and who knows what might have happened! As he stood ready to jump, I wondered if he would make it. No matter what it takes, he said he would find me! Suddenly, the train rattled, and I stayed still! Having felt so safe, I waved goodbye to him and smiled. Having lied to him about where I stayed was a good idea. What a nutcase! He is someone I will remember for the rest of my life.
