The Fast Killer
While checking through comments on my last post on Facebook, I observed somethings and I tried to ruminate on it.
I realized our way of reasoning and viewing things will always remain different, we will never reason the same way.
Did you know that what you do atimes might look insensible to you but makes alot of sense to someone outside there?
This is one of the problems faced by writers not even only writers, human being in general.
As a practioner shoe scientist, I have experienced this more than once, I have done some works that didn't look nice to me but to someone else there, it looks more than beautiful.. That's just the way of life.
This is the reason you see people who are very intelligent,Good at what they do, but yet they are not known, yet they remain in the corner of their room, what do you think their problem is?
They are suffering from no other disease than disease called Low Self-esteem , they lack self-confidence, they think less of themselves, they feel inferior, and they have forgotten their purpose on earth.
About two weeks ago, I fought with a mother of mine.. Lol not that fight wey you dey think oo, we no use stick or punch ourself o... Yes as I said earlier, I fought with her on a statement that I sensed she was already addicted to,_" Hope people won't say am doing so so so, What do you think they will say if I do this"_, Said by Her, I reacted to this statement immediately I heard it by questioning her "Ma, is our life their life? Are we family? Even if we are family, are we heading to the same destination?".
This is exactly what's killing most people nowadays, the fear of the unknown, they are scared of what people will say which causes most to continue living in the city of confusion.
Dear friend, I know you are scared of rejection but you won't be accepted if you are not ready to fail..
Show the world your capability and let them criticize so you can improve, but without providing a cure to this disease called low self esteem, this won't happen..
Do it the way you can do it, Show it to those you can entrust, Tell them to rate your performance, that's all it started..
Before a seed grow, it undergoes the state of being dormant first, before you can succeed in life, definitely you must face some difficulties of which this is one of them..
A wise man once said ignore all that makes you feel depressed and focus on all that inspire you, leave the audience with their words and focus on your journey..
Don't forget, A long life might not be good enough but a good life might be long enough, keep on moving and never allow their words to weigh you down.
