If you want to be a loving parent..learn what makes each of your children feel loved.

If you want to be a painter...paint.

if you want to be more understanding....listen.

If you want to be more spiritual...get comfortable with feeling unattached to things.

If you want to be a crypto trader...trade crypto.

If you want to be a leader...focus on developing the character of a leader.

If you want to lose belly fat...meditate. (fact)

If you want to be in a band...join one or start one.

If you want to enjoy peace...tame the ego.

If you want to live passionately...become a life enthusiast.

If you want to be fulfilled...do what you love.

And along the way...
if you want to be happy... follow your heart.
