THE DREAM
It was evening. And I looked up, the clock had struck 6:00pm. I was anxious to get home. I closed up the shop after a quick inspection of the machines. As I stepped out, I felt the chilly winds brush against my skin, for this chill was not a kind one. The sky looked ominous, the clouds, like a streamer of dirty wools. The rays of the setting sun shone on the glass plane and on me to reveal my shadow. Then I turned around, to see a figure, a dark silhouette. It’s step turned to the right lane. I could feel my heart pounding, as I turned, to follow the same route to go home.
As I approached the last house on the street, a dark gloomy mist gathered. I could feel the ripples of fear down my veins. It was like walking amidst the darkness, waiting for the twilight....
