The rain is pouring outside
while I lay on the edge of my bed
with a tabby cat on my side.
It's the last day of 2022 already.
Somehow I want to tell
my six-month-ago anxious self
that I indeed did survive the fifth semester
until the end of the year.
The grades are not bad too.
