Depression comes in everyones life.
I’m not expert on mental health, but here’s what I understand:

Most people seem to advise those battling depression to come forward & “talk”..

No, they can’t Going into a shell is what they do.

It’s for us, their near & dear ones, to pick up on the silence and pull them out.
