Eager are the gods of this forsaken world.
(I will burn down their temples.)
Spreading lies to the ears of children.
(I will halt their seed.)
Blinded by their own benevolence.
(I will eclipse them with the sword.)

Crystal tears shattered on a marble floor. The light in its violet eye's ceased. I dropped the corpse on the altar, as a priest approached.
"Who is this woman?", the priest kneeled next to the body.
I gestured towards a statue in the courtyard, "It was a god."
Eyes widening, " Athena!?", his final word, in one stroke. Eyes opened, he found peace.
Leaving the temple bathed in red, my orders activated the men on standby, "Burn it down!"
