It happens!
Sometimes, I hope not but if you feel useless,then don't worry. Believe me! It happens with a lot of people including me. The best way to deal with such a feeling is to take up a hobby which could be anything and devote your time towards that thing. Trust me as I say so..it will prevent the bad thoughts that are inbuilt in you due to certain reasons maybe or it can be sudden thoughts that struck you. Adapting hobbies can be fun and will not let you feel down. Getting busy in this way is a good idea. Small things as such can keep you away from bad mentality which may grow if you keep on dwelling in an upset environment. To some extent, you will also find a change in your perspective towards the things that matter to you in life.
