All the good things that happen to us
We are proud to take the credit for that
Patting our back, praising ourselves
For all the efforts we had put into achieving what we desired to, have been fulfilled
Then why in times of despair and failure
Do we look for someone else to put the blame on
Responsibility and accountability go hand in hand
Our decisions we take are followed by the consequences that need to be accepted
All success stories are stories of great failures
Setbacks are inevitable,but it can also act as driving force and teach us humility
Accepting responsibility involves taking risks and being accountable for it
Responsible people accept their mistake and learn
On the other hand, negative people defend their weaknesses, blame others
And make the above two the centerpoint
Rather than overcoming them
You have to choose how you react when there is a problem
Face it and find a solution
Or blame someone else and dust it off !
