Shana Graves gathered her youth and young adult ministry together for the upcoming church event next Saturday. Shana is Trina's best friend from Chicago. Shana had talked about the church event for a month, and she was excited. She and her youth group could not wait. Shana discussed how the church event at Trina's family's mansion was going to be about through Zoom.
"Hey everyone, how are you?" Shana asked.
"Good," everyone in the Zoom chat said.
"Good. I have a friend from Luxembourg city that's throwing a church gathering event at their mansion. Her family is very wealthy and filled with positivity. My friend has 5 sisters, and they even have an uncle who is a pastor."
"What? Really?" Jeanine from the group asked in astonishment.
"No joke. The event is next month on the 28th. That's a Saturday. Her family is very loving and welcoming. So I'm inviting you guys and the rest of our church members to come on vacation with us next month to Trina's family's mansion. It will be worthwhile. How do you all feel about a vacation? If you are not able to go, please do let me know now before I make a checklist of those who are attending," Shana asked.
Everyone in the group agreed to go to the event.
"Remember guys, this isn't like any other vacation where you're trying to party and get your groove back as the old folks say..."
"Hahaha," Jeanine and the others giggled.
"Or turn up as you all younglings say. This ain't that kind of party. We ain't going to a booty call feast. This is a church event sponsoring in a home. Our pastor and their pastor will be there preaching the word. So if you're going there, you must dress accordingly, and be a character of Christ. We go meet at our church first. Then, we gonna go straight to the airport. Guys, don't show up wearing any tight clothing, or any tight dresses. If you do, you're going back home. I'm serious you all. We need to be a representation of Christ. So cover up your bodies. Wear something nice and presentable. Got it?"
"Got it," Everyone in the group meeting said.
"I'm telling you all. This vacation will be worthwhile. You will have so much fun. This will be the most exciting experience for a lifetime for you all. This meeting is over. You guys have a good evening." she encouraged.
