Well opening a restaurant is not a big thing these days.many streets in the city has got it running busy. Fast food is ruling the taste or ruining the taste buds, but people are fooling their health in the process.
Restaurants are adopting to this latest trend, french fries and burgers are placed on very top of menu card. restaurants that run in partnerships within families or friends is at high risk in making million dollars of debts. Initially hands joins to sign a agreement for bringing up the restaurants with huge dreams and great expectations from every beings involving in it.
In the beginning caution, attention, care,needs are met to the requirement of services, ratings are also achieved as 5 star at the start. Then the phase comes which makes the graph constant neither too good results nor bad pitfall, then the graph stars to decline 5 to 10 percent still nobody takes up the call.those who have ownership blame each other for occured loss. But I appreciated the owners who felt the need of rechecking of the flaws in their restaurants , and final means they did try was to call famous cheff Gordan Ramsay to their kitchen. he did good round about check from personal level to concrete level of the place,he changed the thoughts of mind, he bought chefs to working spirit who lost interest due to owners lack of motivation. he told owners the importance of strength in unity in partnership and gave new hope new jouney , as the clients grew in numbers crossing the expectation score. Most important he added his love in every menu he touched or glanced at.
Expectations and dreams are beautiful and they must stay same beautiful .We are hear to bring good change and relief to others using the same dreams and expectations. In the process we change or stay laid back that makes dip in outcomes, it affects more if you work as team. but if you are full in charge of it alone you can be hero of your efforts in one night itself.
