yoga helps you in different ways. It has many haasanaas and helps to keep ourselves healthy and strong. It can build good immune system. During this time of pandemic people can do yoga which helps us from relieving strees and worries.

It also keeps us motivating. We spend more time waste like watching t.v, phones, sleeping ect., Than why can't we do yoga just 30 minutes. We have 24 hours in day we can spend that time.

We should not only do yoga on yoga day but also every day and you may feel free when you do it.
