Traffic on a Tuesday
That Tuesday morning seemed like any other that had passed. Waves of vehicles filled with the same people, on their way to their 9 to 5 jobs, some on their way home, cold temperatures and snowy roads, the same old same.
Traffic is yet again bumper to bumper and it looks like he's going to be late to work again. On an average day, a fist would be pounding the steering wheel and obscenities. hurled at the windshield would echo back into vehicle and dissipate into silence. Impatience and irritability so thick inside his car, you'd have to crack a window to breathe again.
The sun was just rising over the horizon and as it breached its light upon the road, he took notice
Gazing silently out his window, he admired the vibrant colors the sun shone upon the snow.
He spotted some kids making a snowman together.
Rolling down the window he inhaled the crisp morning air and didn't smell the smog like usual.
