We had been sitting in a couch few feet away from Brighton's office.

"Look Sky , since you're also ..my boss ", I swallowed audibly." I might as well just discuss this , with, you", I was still trying to bring together my bravery.

I stood to say my speech.

"Sky ,I know you and the rest of the bosses ...are planning to kill me...and I just wanna say that , there won't be a need to kill me and .."

"Shh woah , lower your tone ", Sky quickly stood and pulled me to his office.

"We are not killing you , I didn't tell anyone and ...you aren't leaving. Okay ? ", He said .

I was quite looking at him , he probably thought I was disagreeing with him but I wasn't,I was just speechless.

He got closer to me after drinking a glass of whiskey.

He let out a large sigh .

He strangled me against the wall and I could feel my breath fading .

Jeez man ,I'll stay , but how will I tell you with your hand blocking my oesophagus .

"Ok ..Liam . Let me make this simple. So you never forget it. You are stuck here and you will never escape", he whispered with his deep voice and gave me goosebumps.

I was so afraid.

He continued to utter some words which I didn't quite catch .

I finally went breathless and probably fell to the ground.

Sky's point of view

I strangled Liam. With an intention to scare the fuck outta him. He is not scared of me .

Now it has come to my disadvantage. This is the time when he needs to fear me and listen when I say . Don't leave ,or even attempt to.

Sea startled me as he had roughly pushed my door open .

"You strangled Liam ?",he asked furiously when he caught a glimpse of the boy laying on the floor .Why does it even bother him . Since when is he bothered by anyone's life.

"I did and I did it for a good cause. That boy disrespects me ", I explained as I continued to flip through the papers on my desk .

That's how I act when I'm guilty or hiding something and Sea knew it .

He could see right through me . I stood up to stand right in front of him.

"Hh Sky ",Sea spoke under his breath. Slightly raising his chin and keeping his glare directly at me .

"Why did you strangled Liam ?huh?",he repeated himself and I stood there and maintained my confidence.
I was a bit intimidated . A bit okay?
My hands both in my pockets and eyebrows shifted to the middle.

"He wants to quit ", I explained,"so I was threatening him not to ".

"Oh , I knew there was more to it ", Sea began walking to my shelves and exploring my office as if it were his first time being in here.

"Why ?", He asked . There's more to it . I admit but I didn't wanna verbally admit it.

I went to sit back on my chair and opened my laptop and ignored him .

Something was running through his mind , questions.

"Ok Sea , talk , what's on your mind , why do you think I did that", I snapped and stood from my chair .

I didn't like the expression on his face .He looked..I don't know I guess I couldn't figure out what that was.

" You fucking the boy aren't you?", He asked giving me a serious glance. I started to feeling guilty for real .

" I'm not fucking him ", I chuckled to his weird suggestion. "I'm not gay okay?", I continued. Sea always thought I was gay . No matter how many girls I dated .I guess he could sea right through me .

He smiled squinting his eyes at me . It was as if he had proof that I was gay but he just gave me that weird look and changed the topic.

"Sky , I'm going for a case , it's about Autumn and I know you were assigned to stay behind and I go with the guards but I can't without you", he said.

"You want me to go to the meeting with Autumn", I raise my eyebrows and he glared at me ,"together".

I smiled" So you admit that I'm stronger than you ?", I chuckled evilly .

"No ,we are stronger together", he corrected ," is that a yes ?".

"Yeah I won't let  you go out there to die ", I smirked reassuringly.

I later called Toby to get Liam out my office and to the sick bay .

I hope he ain't dead.

Besides that day being trash, we managed to make millions off the oil , at least we'll cover some bills .

I went straight home after work. Usually I'd get some dinner along the way and get home to eat and sleep but that day I didn't even bother eating. I went straight to sleep.
