The town of Castain Nebraska on the far southeastern side of the territory the town itself is about six in a half miles from the big city of Lincoln.
And the town of Castain has never seen violence it has been considered a quiet, quant, little town with lovely folk that live their lives to their own. On the outskirts of town is the farm of Mister Sterow who is good man god loving man who keeps payment of his taxes. And pays back his debts to his society, and they keep to themselves and they do have an one boy name William T. Sterow he works at the old Jerry's grocery market; and he loves that jump a lot of blacks though keep coming into the shop, and they buy their own supplies and some buy liquor but they don't care about the prohibition laws as some folk do. And he to goes to a speak easy couple of times with his friends so one just working sweeping out the shop he hears something going on...
