Flashback to high school...

Oliver : Hey, cass.

Cassidy : Oliver, if you are asking about new uniforms for the football team, the answer is no. i already told coach that it's just not in the budget. the team gets enough funding as it is. i am not gonna let the music and theatre programs get cuts because he wants uniforms with a different font. and sending his favourite player to talk to me is not gonna change my mind.

Oliver : Actually, i was wondering if you-

(Someone is running)

Cassidy : Hey, you! No running in the halls! sorry, i have to go write someone up.

Oliver : (Wanted to go on a date).

(In class)...

Mrs. peters : And that's why they call it, the industrial revolution.

(Someone knock the door)

Mrs. peters : Come in! Hi, miss davenport. could i help you with something?

Cassidy : I actually was wondering if i could make a quick announcement about the upcoming play.

Mrs. peters : Okay, go ahead.

Cassidy : Hi, everyone! The theatre department is exited to announce that we are putting on a production of "whisper willows". we hope to see you at auditions.

Brandon : Go away, nobody cares!

(Cassidy ignores him with a eye roll).

Mrs. peters : Thank you Ms. Davenport.

Brandon : Oh god, she's gonna get cast as the female lead and some poor guy will have to kiss her.

Oliver : Wait, really?

(After the class, at the hall).

Cassidy : Oliver?

Oliver : Hi, Cassidy.

Cassidy : I saw that you signed up for the play. I didn't know that you liked act?

Oliver : Yeah. it's kind of a hobby of mine. (Not really)...

Cassidy : i think it's great that you're getting more involved.

Oliver : Thanks.

Cassidy : I actually came over here to ask you if you wanted to-

Oliver : (Is she is going to ask me out? i gotta play it cool).

Cassidy : Donate to the charity food and drive.

Oliver : (oh.) Sure, I'll donate.

Cassidy : Thank you! Well, I'll see you at auditions. Wish you a good luck.

Brandon : Oliver!

(Oliver scared).(Brandon laughing).

Oliver : I hate you.

Brandon : what were talking to the "drill sergeant" for?

Oliver : Just the charity drive and the school play.

Brandon : Why would you want to be in the school play?

Oliver : (Come on, think, oliver!) My mom told me she wants me to be more involved. bieng in a play would look better on my collage apps.

Brandon : You better pray you don't get cast as the male lead. because no one want to be...

Oliver : Right....

(The next day).

Cassidy : Congrats, Oliver!

Oliver : On what?

Cassidy : You got the male lead!

Oliver is male lead....What's the reaction of Brandon? is Cassidy and Oliver really going to kiss in this act?
