Watching the lens: Title of mental states article.
Does rainy weather really alter the state of mind and makes it more energetic and happy. I've felt it, whenever I can take in the fresh air. I feel happier when I'm exercising in madhuban flat or Delhi terrace and the weather is rainy.

Mind expanding content
Is it just me, or does different food for the mind has different effect on it? Like watching a documentary on science or history feels like the a part of my mind just expanded, gives an unexplainable kind of happiness and contentment, and watching mediocre romantic drama does the opposite. Feels like it has dumbed me down.


It's the best mental state when I have clarity in my mind. Sometimes it's even there at the end of an ofc day. In this mental state, I don't feel overwhelmed by anything, I don't feel lazy in doing any work. Organising everything in your surroundings, satiating your hunger and quenching your thirst, good night's sleep, and good health helps to get into this mental state. Also, keeping your slate clean, despite everything. This can sometimes be the biggest skill in the world.
