Critical opinions of others are best left unspoken if you absolutely cannot find a way to constructively critique someone based on what you feel is a flaw. Their flaw could be a sense of structured stability to someone else. Don't tell me I'm wrong about something if you never once had the intention to help me improve on the matter cross your mind. That's a flaw in itself which I am more than willing to help you improve upon seeing as this statement ironically self fulfills its very purpose.

Personal addition with relevance

I guess I could consider myself an analytical savant being as I actively seek to be proven wrong and if someone goes about proving me wrong in the wrong way I will quickly reveal a better way of going about it. Constructive criticism promotes freedom of thinking and leads to a much more full and quick improvement. Destructive criticism promotes enforcing false connotations on someone that dulls their ability to think positively and slows their ability to improve when presented with the means of doing so.
