There was two family in my home town. one was very traditional and second was modern family. traditional family had husband, wife and five children and modern family had husband, wife and three children.

Traditional family always facing problem and quarreling child because there was only one person who was working for livelyhood so unable to fulfill basic need of family. In this family strictly denied to ladies to work outside home means she's is only for rasoi woman. children unable to take proper education, good food , colthes etc and children were indulging in some wrong doings.

Modern family was very happy and living wonderful life. because of modern thinking they allowed to ladies to work according to her choice and equally can share her view etc for the growth of the family. In this both husband and wife were working.
so that earning is double. so that they fulfilled all the need of children. children also taking education in good school.

Summary is that male and female are equal and equally should be treated. If both will work then definitely will be good. so Change Though Change Life.
