since when she had the
desire to become a knight.

hi, i'm Aurora.
and i got to the most honorable schools
of this kingdom, Peraltareign.
i have been excelling in all the subjects
and also sports
including sword fighting.
you might me thinking how weird it is
for a young "girl"
to learn sword fighting.
well, to know the reason you should know an
important incident;

[past - 14 years ago]

an angry elephant entered the village
i stay in.
it stomped and ruined all the crops
had taken lives of men and children.
it uprooted the large to largest trees
and flung them away.

a young man,
around the same age as mine
arrived our of no where.
well, sitting on a little elephant calf.
it caught the elephant's attention
and it stopped.
he got down and walked the calf to it's mother.
the elephants departed into the denser part of the jungle.
and the village breathed with relief.

by the time,
villagers could find him. he was gone.
some called him God
and others a warrior
but;
there was an old man who said:
"he's going to be our king's most important knight soon."

[back to the present]

that's when i decided
i want to be a knight too! who can save their own people and save from losses.

well,
there's no chance
as i'm born as a girl
who is expected to
take care of her husband, a knight and the family
but not become a knight herself.
sad? sure it is. but who said we can't rewrite
our rules of life.

[4 days later]~
a group of dacoits attached her village. men were hit to pulp, women were assaulted, and children were killed.
they were grabbed out of their huts and looted.
some of the houses were burnt to ashes
and some other, destroyed.

she was on the way back to the village after school. she was really upset because she couldn't defeat a guy in the sword battle.
she told herself that she must go back stronger this time.
she was a 100 meters away when she could here people crying, and screaming. hear some horses neighing and a thick most of dust in the air.

she ran towards the village and witnessed
what was happening. she had her sword with her.
she didn't think about the consequences and jumped into the scene and fought.

this news spread to the ears of the king. a group of soldiers were immediately sent to assist. she was soon assisted by the troop
of the kingdom.

they together could defeat the group of dacoits. people hailed her same.
suddenly everyone went silent as they observed a grand golden chariot arriving to the village.
it was the king.

he got down the chariot in haste and embraced her.
in tears, he asked
my child, are you okay?
to which she replied,
yes father! i'm fine. thanks to the troop of soldiers whom you sent for help.

the village gasped in shock. a wind of murmurs surrounded the air.

that's when the people of the kingdom got to know that,
she was the only daughter of the king.

That night, the kingdom was graced with a beautiful princess and a brave knight!
