Time flew very fast. 2 months have passed,and it seemed she had come yesterday to meet her parents. The result of of final year was going to be declared tomorrow on the website.
She was restless for the whole night.
Next day,the result came on the website. She has passed in first division.
The note on the website read,"Detailed marksheet shall be uploaded day after tomorrow on the college website.She was not much impressed by the result as it showed merely her passing in first division.
In the evening, 5.30,pm.there was a message from the Dean of college regarding attending the college on Monday.
It was Tuesday today. She informed about the message to her parents and got her reservation done for Delhi for Sunday evening,by Lucknow Mail.
On Thursday, she saw the detailed marksheet on her college website and was pleased to find that she had ranked third in her college.She gave the news to her parents. They were very happy to hear it and congratulated her.
On Monday She has reached AIIMS college from where she was pursuing her studies. She took her marksheet and the provisional Certificate.Her plan was to go for higher studies abroad.
Suddenly she saw a notification of WhatsApp on her mobile.
It was a message from Dean regarding attending a special lecture online on Webex to be delivered by Dr Rajesh Kumar, Research fellow at 11.00.am. tomorrow on the subject, "Effect of psychology on patients suffering from chronic diseases."
After reading the message,Sanjna thought
Why psychology is so important in healing diseases?Why stress is being laid on
national level especially on young generation like ours,to learn the effect of psychology.
Next day, after the lecture was over,Sanjna had received the answers of her questions. She had also noted his mobile number and mail address for further consultations and guidance.
In the evening, she made a call to Dr Rajesh Kumar on his mobile.
Good evening,Sir, Am I speaking to Dr.Rajesh Kumar Sanjna asked.
Yes,Rajesh Kumar speaking. But I couldn't recognize you. Please disclose your identity, Rajesh said to Sanjna.
Myself, Sanjna.We were going to Lucknow by Lucknow Mail and were in the same compartment. you were on middle berth and Myself on lower berth. Battery of your mobile had run down you have requested for a charger.You had given me your visiting card.
Yes, yes, I recollect it.
I was invited by head of hospital to deliver a lecture. Rajesh Kumar told her.
Yes, you were invited by Dr.Dinesh Kumar Mishra, Medical Superintendent, Super specialty Cancer Institute and Hospital,Lucknow.
But how do you know all this?Rajesh Kumar asked her surprisingly?
Sir,I know all this because Dinesh Kumar Mishra is my father.He has told me each and everything.Sanjna said.
Oh ,I see.Rajesh replied. What are your plans further ?He asked?and yes please don't call me as Sir as I am just a couple of years senior to you. You may call me as a friend.
I am planning to do M.D. from AIIMS and then, go abroad for specialized course.Sanjna said .
A nice idea indeed.,Dr Kumar said.
I have to attend an online meeting .Hence would not be able to entertain you right now.
Sorry, I have to join an online meeting .
Tomorrow,at 9.ooam,we can talk again.
Till then, Okay, bye.Rajesh Kumar said.
