"Handerler"...is the man. Now he has another partner, a short hispanic dark haired man of about 40 ish. This guy I'll call the bandolero for lack of a better name. I've seen "Bandolero" a few times..I'll try to list all hear. I think "Bandolero"is a cop. Under cover.. I would think NSA but these guys not seem to smart.. and anyone in NSA. has to have a high IQ. So Cop is my first choice.. a private Cop hired by my brother Bill would be second choice. Under cover thrid choice. just bad guy's in gernal, there's alot of problems with that one. So the best I can guess..or start with is This. The "Handerler". Is a real Security Guard hired by Bill Sanders. The Security Guard is working with under cover Cops trying to bust me for something. "The soup gets thick"... If my brother intent is to destoyed me.. if he can't kill me.. which of course is in his tatices is to undermind anything good in my life. Which is the Practiced unseen normal for Bill. (this is all for a Police investigation report). So even if I don't understand the whole senero...the details given to a Officer of the Law.. will give him the Officer a true understanding. Because at this point I'm not clear on a lot of the people, and I'm douthfull I can out move them in the future. But I'll try. I'm just hoping a Cop can help stop these Stalkers. So this group can range from NSA?..to Cop..to Under cover..to Privet investigator ( which you have to be a retired cop to do ). To a Private Security Guard ( which is my best guess). to a Drug dealer...or bouth..hired by Bill to do his dirty work.. That would account for the vast amount of people..and the deviristy of the people.. From heroin users to Cops, old fokes who think there doing a good thing following me around. I call them "Good Samaritans". Good people who take the law into there own hands. So "Bandolero".. and "Handerler".. work together who ever they are.
