The truth is not abusive
Communicating the truth, and how you feel about abuse; Is only perceived negative by perpetrators who know it’s negative to their reputation. As well as the persona they’ve created to protect themselves from the abuse they’ve inflicted onto others, likely including you. You’re never negative for speaking the truth about your mental health, the extent of other peoples abusive nature and how it impacts you. For anyone to ever tell you that you are, is someone who feels knowingly guilty for their own feelings towards you; Their own trauma, and their own recollections of abuse. They likely have a fear of confronting their own abusive nature and the abusive nature of others; They are likely angry someone who can confront their abusers has such strength and honesty. This, a narcissist would never be able to understand… because they refuse to be honest with themselves, let alone anybody else.
