The Game Of Mind
The world is filled with people, each with their own mind. Our minds are rich with thoughts, which can sometimes be illusions. These thoughts allow us to express feelings and compassion through ideas. People tend to think about what interests them, but preferences vary widely among individuals. For instance, if you like a car, someone else might prefer a bike, a scooter, or even a bicycle. Your thoughts and preferences are unique to you, just as others have their own unique ideas and decision-making abilities, which makes them different from other people.

You can't always control your mind; it shows you what you like the most. Suppose you enjoy making music—your mind will think about music-related ideas and thoughts. It will give you ideas about what you can create in music. The mind never thinks about things you don't like to do. However, the mind can think about things you fear a lot. It works like the internet: when you search for something online, your phone starts getting new messages or notifications regarding your search. Suppose you search about animals; then your phone will get new notifications and messages about animals. It observes you and your preferences, just like the mind.

Your mind thinks and gives you ideas about what you like and prefer to see; it observes it. The mind has many facets, each able to perform its best at a particular time. If someone abuses you or speaks to you rudely, will you respond to them kindly? Probably not, because your mind doesn't want you to be friendly at that particular time. You might start fighting with them. Conversely, if someone talks to you kindly, there's a chance your mind will prompt you to respond kindly. If someone talks to you with an attitude, you might try to show attitude in return. If you dislike someone, you will likely try to ignore them. But if it's someone you like, won't you reply to them properly? It means your mind decides whom you should talk to kindly, whom you should be rude to, whom you should ignore, and whom you should engage with.

Does this mean no one can control their mind? Not entirely. Some people can control their minds, but it's not easy. You can control your mind by practicing meditation. Meditation has great power to calm your mind and gives you the ability to control it. Additionally, consuming a healthy diet and engaging in your hobbies can be effective ways to manage your mind. It's better to have the capability to control your mind on your own than to be controlled by your mind.
