"Hey Florence! It's me, your cat!" I looked at my cat in bewilderment. I said to my cat, "But how could it be? How could it be that you're talking?" My cat said to me, "God told me that you needed someone to talk to. He told me that I'm the only one you trust so he gave me a voice." I talked back to my cat, I said, "This is wonderful. I love you and now I can talk to you! This is amazing!" My cat said, "I know. It is, isn't it?" I told my cat, "I love this! I'm going to love talking to you because it's true that I don't have anyone to talk to and you're my cat and I love you, who better!" My cat said to me, "I'm going to love this too! You can tell me anything." And I told her, "I will! I definitely will! The first thing I'm going to tell you is to thank God for me for giving you a voice so I could have someone to talk to. Tell him I'm grateful and that I will talk to you and confide in you for the rest of our lives." My cat told me that she will, she will tell God and now that she is able to, she will tell God anything I want her to.

The next thing I told my cat is, "I love you" and my cat told me back,"I love you too!" This was the start of a beautiful relationship. Finally, I have someone to talk to because God gave my cat a voice! No more being quiet and feeling alone. I can talk to my cat now!
