( Cow is an animal we worship saying 33cror Gods live in it as a metaphor bcz it produces no wastage... along with milk, even the cowdung is used for many useful things! ...
And it's such a loving animal, always remembers it's person taking care and blesses the family to grow in every way.

So what I meant is, even being an animal she works for others wellbeing, being human do we feel at least one percent of that to serve selflessly the universe and do our part?)

How much calories your body needs,
and how much you are feeding it bcz you loved it hated what's on plate.

How much water your body needs,
how much you remember to drink...

How much body fat you already have,
and how much fructose you consumed through fruits...

How much protein your body and Brain demands and how much are you consuming...

How much exercise your muscles need,
How much work out you perform...

Don't forget the gratitude journal,
Before you go to bed!

Don't forget to have early dinner,
3 hours before you go to bed!

Don't forget to carry your smile,
While you move ahead with your career goals in a day of hassle...!!!
