Shyam was on his motor cycle and driving at a very highspeed of more than 100 km per hr.Suddenly a child came crossing the road.In an attempt to save the child,Shyam applied emergency brakes to it's fullest and resulted in loosing balance of his motor cycle.It skidded for some distance and collided with a car at rest.
It was a brand new car and was just taken out from the showroom.The owner was waiting there for the Pujaree to get a Holi Pooja done before the car was put to use.
Scratches and dents were clearly visible on the body of the car. Anger of the owner knew no bounds.Raged with anger, he came running and was about to slap him,but suddenly a man from behind caught old of his hand. He told the owner to forgive Shyam but the owner insisted to teach Shyam a lesson by taking compensation of the damaged car.
But witfully,the man persuaded the owner to forgive him.
After getting the Holi Pooja done, the owner reached house where he found that just now ,his father had an heart attack and was taken the Hospital where he was admitted in ICU. By this time, he was calling GOD to save his father.Doctors told the condition to be in danger for 24 hours.
He offered prayers for his father's recovery,and to the surprise of all medical team, his father's condition started improving.
After 5days,his father was discharged from hospital.
It's not merely a story.
Should not we take a lesson from this story to forgive people for their mistakes.
God always come to serve those people who are generous and kind. It's a one to one give and take phenomenon.
If you give generosity, you shall get the same in return.
we should always have an open mindedness
attitude towards forgiveness.
It's quite possible that suppressing of anger is not that easy. but it's not impossible, at least.
Always forgive if you can.
