the snowcrest house: chapter three
JUST A LITTLE WARNING!!! IF YOUR AT LEAST A LITTLE CLAUSTROPHOBIC, BE WARNED

chaprer three: the two nights

i opened the front door and to my surprise it was empty. just empty. violet was nowhere to be seen. just gone-

i know she's been missing for six weeks but i thought maybe she'd be here.

i also heard the stories about this place, and i was worried that maybe she had been killed and trapped here, so i brought my two friends, isaac and sean. sean hunted ghosts for a living, and isaac was a writer, who was living with sean at the time. they were my childhood friends, and when i asked for help it was an immediate yes. sean brought his gear, and isaac brought candles, paper, his laptop, and his glasses. and i brought her childhood doll. it was a pretty doll with a vibrant white hair, and red eyes with a darkness inside. she always loved that doll. we all set up in the living room, which was connected to the kitchen. it was roomy, so there was space for everything. sean and isaac stayed in the bigger room, about 2 feet from my room. the room had her clothes, her bed, her favorrite snacks. i dont know why i didnt think about bringing her n&n's. we set up cameras in every room. the downstairs bathroom, my room, the spare room, the living room, all the rooms. it was pretty early so we all had to find something to do. isaac decided to write, sean explored the little door in the basement, and i was just chatting up a storm in my room. her car was still here, so i know shes here somewhere. i eventually fell asleep, and i left the door open. i shot up, sweating. if it was a nightmare, i wouldnt know. but... my throat was really dry. i opened my bag and grabbed a water. i opened itand grabbed a quick swig. when i noticed my door was closed. i jumped up amd went to open it. once i opened it, i noticed something. all the doors were gone. just a doorframe and concrete. all the windows... but the front door was fine. i could see out of it, but it was locked. snow, flurried by, had no place to go. it was the middles of summer, yet the snow covered the place i used to know. i was entranced, and felt uncomfortable. i looked around, and then jimmed the front door. i had two thoughts and theories,

1) i was dead
2) this is a lucid dream

i had hoped for the second one, but it could mean anything. i walked my way back doen the hallway and layed in bed. i was nervous, but i just tried to fall asleep. before i knew it, i was awoken by isaac nagging me to get up. "dude, come'on its 8:00 am your late". oh right, we were going to explore through that weird door downstairs. isaac said it was... cave like. like there was an entire mine shaft. i grabbed some flashlights, and went on our way. we got down there, and i already felt uncomfortable. i we had to crawl through a tight space to get through it. i wanted to back out, but i wanted to find my sister, and nothing was stopping me... especially not some small cave. sean went first, then isaac, then me. it was a 10 foot long crawlspace, and it was quite the tight fit. i was behind the two, so they got out before i got out of the space. once we all got out, we were in a room. the walls were stone, there was candle lit and scattered, someone was here. recently too. there was another crawl space leading somewhere else, but none of us could fit through. we set up a camera, and tried to leave as fast as we could. i was in shock that there is a cave in a small door in the basement. by the time we got back upstairs we all just headed to bed. i awoke thristy, yet again. i ws expecting what i saw last time. i opened the door, walked down the hallway, and grabbed a glass of water. i walk over to the door so i could see out there again. snow. it aways snowed. all the time its ever so cold. but i sat back and enjoyed the snow. one day... one day ill open this door, and skate through the wonderland.
