I (Ratul) stood on the cornice and looked up and saw seven peoples talking to each other.
Someone looked at me and said, "That boy."
Then the chief man said to me, "Who are you? What you entered our warehouse ? I will tie you with ropes today."
I smiled when I heard them. I smiled and said, "If you get a chance to bind me, I will kill you ."
- What can you do for us?
- If you overdo it with me, I will bring a machine gun from the warehouse and start fire .
The chief immediately said, "You are religious father. Abba, Abba, dear Abba (father, father, dear father) . Don't kill us."
- Then I'm going upstairs. If I am tied up, I will shoot with the pistol that is with me.
- I won't stop, Father . You get up
I then got up and rolled up the fiber.
I asked the man, "You guard the firearms, but why don't you have your own firearms?"
- We were told to do all the work without paying, if the weapons are sold, we will all own crores of taka. But weapons have not been sold for so many years. And we are also very scared, I know when the police-administration peoples come and find the weapons. And arrests us.
- Don't arrest you - If you don't surrender . In two days, the peoples of the police-administrations will come and rescue that weapons. Now tell me, who else is involved with illegal weapons stockpiles?
- All we know is that a man from Nalitabari in Sherpur district collaborated with Indian extremists. He again traded in coal at the Sherpur border.
I said goodbye to them and moved to Sylhet. My destination was then on the border of Sherpur. So I got on a bus and went to Sunamganj.
From Sunamganj, I crossed a huge haor (lake) in a small fishing trawler to Dharmapasha in Sunamganj. I went by auto rickshaw from Sunamganj to Mohanganj in Netrokona. I got on the train from Mohanganj railway station and crossed Netrokona and Zaria and reached Mymensingh railway station. Then I rented a single room at Hotel Taj Mahal in front of the railway station and spent the night.
In the morning I had breakfast at a hotel in front of the railway station. Then I crossed Hotel Khan International in front of Nur Jahan Shopping Complex. Palika Shopping Complex opposite Nur Jahan Shopping Complex. On top of this is Hotel Amir International. I heard that Hotel Amir is the most elite hotel in Mymensingh. VIPs come and go in this hotel.
Further ahead I found the famous Ganginarpar in Mymensingh. There is Bari Plaza in. On the other side , beautiful girls are standing in line. Next to them is Nazma boarding.
Krishna Cabin next to Bari Plaza. I heard that it is the famous sweet shop of Mymensingh. I entered Krishna cabin and ate half a kg of rasmalai (sweet of concentrated milk) . After paying the money I went to Durga Bari (name of a market) . Here is the largest market for medicine in Mymensingh.
I bought one leaf (ten pcs) hajmola from a dispensary .
By then it was noon. So I went to the press club canteen at the corner of Durga Bari crossing and ate rooster polao. After paying the money, I got on an auto rickshaw and left at the corner of Town Hall. From there I got on the bus to Jamalpur and went to the city of Jamalpur. I got into an auto rickshaw at Dayamayi Crossing . I saw the Dayamayi Temple.
I saw many girls standing next to the Dayamayi Temple. As I saw in front of Bari Plaza and Nazma Boarding on the Ganginarpar in Mymensingh.
Next to them is a sweet shop. I went to the shop and ate two glasses of cold yogurt.
Then I took an auto rickshaw to a hotel in Jamalpur city. I rented a single room in that hotel . At night I saw on the TV in the room, the news of the recovery of weapons in Zakiganj, Sylhet. Police - Administration and RAB - CID camp officials present at the rescue operation.
I fell asleep seeing more news.
The next day I went to the bridge of Jamalpur. I got on a bus from here and crossed the bridge to Sherpur town. I got on a CNG from here and went to Sherpur land port. This is where the extremist's ally live.
But after staying for four days, I did not find the man. So suddenly someone asked me, "What's the matter? Why have you been wandering around for four days?" I also said, "I've come for an employment."
The man said, "Can you keep track of coal imports and reserves?"
I said, "I can."
Then the man said, "I take you as a worker. But you work for a super visor. But sometimes you also work with workers."
That's how three years went by. One day I saw a man from Assam and another man from Bangladesh talking behind a pile of coal. I listened to them very carefully. They were speaking Assamese.
The man from Assam says, "Our arms smuggling is over. Border guards have increased. We have also recovered the weapons hidden in Bangladesh by the police. What do we do now?"
The Bangladeshi man said, "Then let's do drug business."
- It is not possible to get as much respect by trading weapons as it is by trading drugs.
I then went out of hiding and aimed the pistol with silencer and said, "Who are you?" Then the man from Assam raised his hand and said, "I am a...
